Mornings can be stressful, but making breakfast shouldn’t be. We used to just grab a bowl of sugary cereal, or skip out on breakfast altogether, saying we didn’t have the time. Ever since we moved in together, we vowed to make a change to our normal routines.
We’ve since added Avocado Toast to our morning routine, and it has been our go-to breakfast ever since. It’s super easy and simple to make. It literally takes less than 10 mins. If you try to be healthy, like Vith then this is perfect for you.
Avocados are jam-packed with protein, fiber, and many healthy essential fats. The richness and creamy texture can easily enhance any meal. Add nature’s butter to some warm toast and you have an instant winner. Simple yet effective.
We used to slice up the avocado and place it on our toast with a sprinkle of salt, pepper, and hot sauce. Though nothing quite beats the classic, here you’ll see our favorite way of making Avocado Toast.
