Honestly, if you are into brunching in the city (who isn’t…) this is the spot for you. They just opened in December and they are already super busy. Their service is definitely superior. They’re always serving dishes with a smile. The main chef, Faris, is amazing sweet and definitely has a passion for his art.
The ambience of Eggstatic is bright and cheery. They even have a cool pot wall that you can take pictures against. The eating area is big enough for parents to take in strollers for sure.
Oh man, we have to discuss the taste and texture of the dishes. Delicious is an understatement. Each dish was amazingly succulent. Also, Eggstatic has a large menu that everyone can choose from. We tried their Tropical and Mixed Fruits smoothies, then the lentil soup. This soup was to die for. Definitely the best we have ever tried. Then we enjoyed the beef stew which was juicy and meaty. After that we had the Shakshuka which was just wonderful. We have never tried this dish before so we were pleasantly surprised. The eggs were perfect and the meal was served in a cast iron. We then had some lava cake for dessert with some ice cream. The dessert was incredibly decadent.
Our tummies were very happy and we basically were full for the rest of the day, lol! All the dishes had great flavours. This spot is great for families and groups of friends.
